 Mr.
Fukui, President of Signium International, Ltd. Japan, is a pioneer in
the executive search business in Japan with over 35 years of experience.
He established Signium International Ltd., Japan in 1997. His prior
experience includes 22 years with another Japanese search company, as a
co-founder and partner. He began his business career with a Japanese
management consulting firm and served for six years, where he gained a
great deal of marketing and recruiting consultation experience, mainly
for foreign corporations planning to go into business in Japan.
Mr.
Fukui is a generalist, and currently conducts searches with the
successful recruitment of key executives in a variety of industries,
including medical care, consumer/luxury goods, and professional
services. He has recruited for the positions of CEO, General Manager,
Director of Sales/ Marketing, CFO, HR and Medical Doctor.
He
graduated with B.A. in Law from Gakushuin University, Tokyo, as well as
studied International Marketing at Woodberry University, in Los Angeles,
California. He is fluent in both English and Japanese.
